We the whole family enjoyed our India trip with Heritage India Agency very much. First of all, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have always tried their level best to fulfill our requirements. We would llike to make a special comment to our drivers, Singh and Om.They are carefully and also helpfully and they are of-course friendly.
Pushpendra Sharma and Manohar Singh are extremely helpful over the phone and when we met them, needless to say they are friendly and helpful.
We would recommend our friends and relatives to use Heritage India Tours & Travels in future. |

Golden triangle trip ( JULY 20 –JULY 26, 2011)
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with your company. Our driver was fantastic. He was always on timer and car was very clean. All three guides were very friendly and professional.
The itinerary was very nice. We feel that we saw all the main sights and had a lot of free time.
One suggestion is to make sure that the hotels and guides know the specific agreement for the tour. One of our hotels didn’t know about our meal plan and our guide didn’t know that our entrance fees were covered.
Overall, we really enjoyed our trip.
Great service and very efficient service.
Manohar always responded to e-mails very quickly.
Great choice in hotels!!

Here is the initial update. The service at the hotel is good. There is no female guide as you promised. The male guide failed to show Akshardam and Birla temples. Please tell the guide to show the places as you put in trip documents. The driver is very courteous and after request, he told them that he will take them there en route to Agra.

I thank you for all your efforts and answer my queries with patience. The driver too exemplified in his work. I will certainly recommend others to use your travel. If you are dealing with people in America, you put forth the things upfront. If you do change the things from the previous agreed upon, highlight the things got changed in the body of the e-mail. One last help, if you recommend a nice shop to my wife to buy the Rajasthan style sarees, tops or kurthis, It will be wonderful. By the way, I mailed 100 dollars as gift cheque to your work address. It will be there in next ten days. Have a good day. |

The past week has been one of the most exciting and adventurous experiences of our lives. We didn’t know that there was so much to India than we had seen or thought before.

First of all I would like to extend my thanks for all the arrangements and care that was taken. Our trip was most memorable. Would like to highlight some key aspects of the trip:
1. When we planned for leisure to India. We searched on net and found www.indiatourpackages.org As the best tour designer & the rates of package were very affordable.
2. To comparable other sites we found the Golden Triangle Tour Package on this site was at very low price according to Inclusions and Services.
3.In india at our port of arrival New Delhi we found Traditional welcome like Maharaja’s by Heritage India Tours & Travels Representative Mr. Udai Singh , Our driver Mr. Ram Sharma was attentive and skillful driving. Hotel in Jaipur Jai Mahal palace was excellent, services were very good.
4. Again we would like to thanks Heritage that they organized excellent tour for our Family. Very responsive to our needs.
I will definitely recommend "Heritage India Tours & Travels" to those interested and look forward to doing this again.
